Storage and Inventory FAQ
How do I ship my inventory to you? How does receiving work?
Pack your items carefully and attach a detailed packing
list.
- For shipments of less than 100 lbs., we recommend using
UPS or FedEx ground.
- For shipments over 100 lbs. but less than 500
lbs., we recommend using UPS hundredweight rate.
- Use LTL truck freight for shipments over
500 lbs. We can arrange shipping for you with one of our partner.
We carefully inspect and count your merchandise when it arrives at our
warehouse and will fax or email an inventory report to you, usually
within 48 hours. Merchandise needing SKU numbers or individual bagging
will require extra receiving time and may incur additional costs.
Who insures my inventory while it’s in your warehouse?
You are responsible for insuring your inventory during transport to our
fulfillment center and throughout the time that your inventory is
stored in our facility. We are not responsible for lost, missing,
damaged or stolen items.
What visibility do you offer into my inventory? Can I monitor stock levels?
You will have full access to your inventory status through our Client Portal. It will provide accurate, real-time inventory levels for all your products.
I need some light assembly work done, in addition to fulfillment. Can you help?
Yes we can!
