Setup and Monthly Fee

A one timetime setup fee is calculated based on the number of individual products in your catalog. This covers the setup of your inventory in our system as well the setup of you dedicated Pick-and-Pack racks.

A monthly account maintenance fee is calculated based on your order volume, the number of individual produts and the average number of items in an order.

Order Fulfillment

Our typical fulfillment fees for an ongoing business are as follows*:

  • Frozen / Refrigerated Products: $7.00 per order + $.60 per item + UPS, DHL or USPS charges.

this includes a styrofoam cooler and the necessary dry ice or ice packs to keep the products at the proper temperature for the duration of shipping.

  • Dry Products: $2.00 per order + $.30 per item + UPS, DHL or USPS charges.

this includes a standard shipping box and filling materials necessary for a safe shipping.

*These are average, indicative conditions and pricing may vary depending onthe number of SKUs, the size of your average order, the number of orders shipped per month etc. If you ship more than 500 orders a month, you may be elligible for additional discounts but if you ship less than 200 orders a month your base cost will likely be higher. Please Request a Quote customized to the specifics of your project from our Sales Department.

Inventory Storage

  • Frozen / Refrigerated Products: $40 per month, including 1 4'x4'x4' pallet, plus $25.00 per additional single-sku pallet or $40 per mixed pallet.
  • Dry Products: $20 per month per pallet.

Optional Services

We welcome your special fulfillment projects. Assembly and kitting labor is available at $30 per hour and we can provide custom labels and packaging to fit your needs. Please Request a Quote customized to the specifics of your project from our sales department.
