Frozen Fulfillment is located in one of the largest underground facilities in the country which benefits from a natural temperature of 58°F. year round, making it significantly less expensive to maintain freezer and refrigeration temperatures. The facility offers: 

• 807,000 sq. ft (18.5 acres) of sub-zero freezer storage at -5°F or below,
• 123,000 sq. ft (2.8 acres) of refrigerated storage at a constant 35°F,
• 284,000 sq. ft (6.5 acres) of humidity controlled dry storage,

• 71 underground truck docks at a constant temperature of 58° F. with 130 truck lines servicing the Greater Kansas City area,
• enclosed rail line with loading platform to accommodate up to 40 rail cars.
