How do I ship my inventory to you? How does receiving work?

Pack your items carefully and attach a detailed packing list.

For shipments of less than 100 lbs., we recommend using UPS or FedEx ground.
For shipments over 100 lbs. but less than 500 lbs., we recommend using UPS hundredweight rate.
Use LTL truck freight for shipments over 500 lbs. We can arrange shipping for you with one of our partner.

We carefully inspect and count your merchandise when it arrives at our warehouse and will fax or email an inventory report to you, usually within 48 hours. Merchandise needing SKU numbers or individual bagging will require extra receiving time and may incur additional costs.
